Working with Administrators and Marketing Directors,
prsMedia provides the support that helps clients integrate their marketing
programs with their internal customer service. We do this by assisting
clients in obtaining and setting up computerized
lead-tracking systems, and by providing employee training in the use
of these systems. Another way we enhance customer service is by creating
custom-designed Resident Intranets for each community.
We also facilitate relationship-marketing efforts by
creating customer-contact pieces such as invitations, postcards, and
correspondence communications. In addition, we provide creative and
production services for in-house materials such as resident handbooks,
resident phone directories, corporate annual reports, fund-raising materials,
and departmental brochures and presentations.
